q: Can I open a credit/trade account with Outsource?
a: You can and there's no long winded forms to fill in either! All we need is a copy of a Company letterhead and we'll do the rest. Accounts can be opened in as a little as an hour. Standard credit terms are 30 days nett monthly.
q: Can I pay by credit card or cash?
a: We accept all major credit and debit cards with payments taken over the phone so no need to worry about entering cards details over the internet. Sorry but we don't accept cash payments but you can pay by bank transfer if it suits you better.
q: What times are you open?
a: Although the offices are open during normal hours (8am to 6pm) all telephone lines are diverted to our Duty Managers mobile at all other times. We always have someone available to speak to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as many of our clients work nights and weekends.
